随着电力系统基础建设投资与智能化程度的不断提高,已有的电网建设工程物资采购模式难以满足实际需求。其中,变电站设备作为电网建设中的重要物资,具有数量大、质量要求严格等特点,因此采购模式的转变迫在眉睫。本文借鉴电网建设“三通一标”应用以及设备采购成熟经验,以流程为切入点,同时结合业务实际情况,对关键业务环节进行分析,探索研究变电站设备整站招标由中标供应商集成供货的业务模式。同时通过从组织机构建设、风险防控机制、评估考核三方面构建业务保障支撑体系,确保模式顺利实施,从而助推变电站设备采购效率和质量的提升。
With the increasing investment and intelligent degree of power system infrastructure, existing procurement models of power grid construction materials can hardly meet the actual needs.
