一、引言数字鸿沟问题是新兴信息技术迅速发展后而引发的重要社会问题之一。数字鸿沟已不仅是技术层面的问题,而是逐步成为制约社会发展的重要问题,其造成的差别逐步成为继中国城乡差别、工农差别、脑体差别“三大差别”之后的“第四大差别”(苗伊,2005)。近年来,学术界对于数字鸿沟的现状、成因和对社会发展的影响保持了高度的关注。然而,现有研究仅聚焦于对一般群体数字鸿沟的现状和成因的探讨上,关于青少年群体数字鸿沟的针对性研究仍然比较欠缺。
I. INTRODUCTION The digital divide is one of the major social issues triggered by the rapid development of emerging information technologies. The digital divide has not only become a technical problem, but has gradually become an important issue that restricts social development. The differences caused by it have gradually become the first of its kind following the “three major differences” between China’s urban and rural areas, the differences between workers and peasants, Four major differences "(Miao, 2005). In recent years, academics have paid great attention to the status quo, causes of the digital divide and its impact on social development. However, the existing research focuses only on the current status and causes of the digital divide in the general population. Targeted research on the digital divide of the youth population is still lacking.
