目前,血吸虫病仍然是许多国家和地区比较严重的公共卫生问题,寻找合适有效的防治方法是控制以至消灭血吸虫病工作的重点和难点。RNA干扰技术以其高效、特异、快捷地阻断特定基因的表达的优势,近年来已成为基因功能研究、基因防治和寻找药物靶点的潜在的强有力工具。本文介绍了RNA干扰技术在血吸虫学研究中的应用,包括在血吸虫生活史的不同生长发育阶段、借助不同的载体等方法实施RNA干扰进行血吸虫相关基因的功能研究,以及对其抗感染和抗病治疗的效果进行评价,以助于血吸虫生长发育及致病的一些重要基因的功能研究,为探索防治血吸虫病的新方法提供一些思路。
Currently, schistosomiasis is still a serious public health problem in many countries and regions. Finding a suitable and effective prevention and control method is the key and difficult point for controlling and eliminating schistosomiasis.
