对化工流程中的关键工艺参数进行辨识,对认识过程操作规律具有重要意义。本文以TDI生产过程为对象,发展了一种辨识流程参数的优化方法。所要辨识的工艺参数F_A和F_B属于循环物流中的参数,故以模拟初值与实际计算值平方差最小为优化目标,F_A和F_B为决策变量,结合2个等式约束方程建立优化模型。通过求解出满足目标最优化的解,使隐藏在流程中的特征参数即F_A和F_B被挖掘出来。同时对模拟结果进行了分析,找出了决策变量与环境因素之间的关系。此优化方法对解决类似隐性参数辨识问题以及分析复杂化工流程具有指导意义。
Identifying the key process parameters in the chemical process is of great significance for understanding the operating rules of the process. In this paper, TDI production process as the object, the development of a recognition process parameters optimization method. The process parameters to be identified are F_A and F_B, which belong to the parameters in the cycle logistics. Therefore, the minimum square error between the simulated initial value and the actual value is taken as the optimization objective. F_A and F_B are the decision variables, and the two equality constraints equations are used to establish the optimization model. By solving the solution that satisfies the objective optimization, the characteristic parameters hidden in the process, namely, F_A and F_B, are excavated. At the same time, the simulation results are analyzed to find out the relationship between decision variables and environmental factors. This optimization method has the guiding significance for solving similar recessive parameter identification problems and analyzing complex chemical processes.
