本文用扫描电镜研究长、短潜伏期间日疟原虫卵囊的发育和子孢子形成,为开展间日疟原虫免疫学和抗疟药的研究提供形态学基础。 材料来自用羊膜体外喂血方法感染的中华按蚊。间日疟原虫供血者为2名自愿受试者。潜伏期分别为339和15d。 本文证实长、短潜伏期间日疟原虫卵囊发育和子孢子形成中各期形态特点基本相同。
In this paper, the development and sporozoites of Plasmodium vivax oocysts during long and short incubation period were studied by scanning electron microscopy, which provided the morphological basis for the study of Plasmodium vivax immunization and antimalarial drug. Materials from the amniotic membrane in vitro infection of Anopheles sinensis. Plasmodium vivax blood donors were 2 volunteers. The incubation period was 339 and 15d respectively. This article confirms the long and short incubation period Plasmodium vivax oocysts development and sporozoite formation in the morphological characteristics of the same period.
