目的 探讨骨巨细胞瘤病理分级与微血管密度的关系。 方法 将 36例骨巨细胞瘤进行免疫组织化学 SP法染色 ,然后在 Olympus显微镜 (10× 2 0 )下进行微血管密度的计数。 结果 骨巨细胞瘤 、 和 级的微血管密度平均值分别是 2 2 .342 9,2 2 .2 72 7和 2 6 .0 5 71。经统计学方差分析发现各病理分级之间的微血管密度差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 传统的 Jaffe分级可能在反映骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为方面存在一定的局限性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between pathological grading and microvessel density of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods Thirty - six cases of giant cell tumor of bone were stained immunohistochemically with SP method. The density of microvessels was counted under Olympus microscope (10 × 20). Results The average values of giant cell tumor of bone and grade of microvessel were 22.342, 22.272.7 and 26.0571, respectively. Statistical analysis of variance found that there was no significant difference in the microvessel density between the various pathological grades (P> 0.05). Conclusion The traditional Jaffe classification may reflect some limitations in the biological behavior of giant cell tumor of bone.
