研究了中强度铝合金的热处理工艺,通过调整加工工序,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低了生产成本。对比分析了热处理工艺对中强度铝合金线材性能的影响,确定热处理合金杆方案的可行性。改进工艺后,缩短了工艺流程,而且铝杆的抗拉强度、伸长率、电导率都有所提高。经生产验证,线材合格率达到100%。
The heat treatment process of medium strength aluminum alloy was studied. By adjusting the working process, the product quality and production efficiency were improved and the production cost was reduced. The influence of heat treatment process on the properties of medium strength aluminum alloy wire was analyzed and compared, and the feasibility of heat treatment alloy rod was confirmed. After the process is improved, the process flow is shortened, and the tensile strength, elongation and electrical conductivity of the aluminum rod are improved. After production verification, wire pass rate of 100%.
