在世界各国经济不断发展和进步的条件下,我国国内的市场经济环境发生了很大的变化,为了能够适应社会发展的趋势,促进自身的发展,我国国有企业也在积极的实行各种创新和变革。我国国有企业传统的企业领导人员管理体制自身拥有一定程度上的不足,更无法适应现代社会快速发展的步伐,因此现阶段我国国有企业应及时的将传统的企业领导人员管理体制进行研究,针对其中的不足来采取有效措施将其进行完善。
