目的:观察用中药内服联合护理干预辨治小儿流行性感冒的临床效果。方法:将小儿流行性感冒患者107例随机分2组,对照组52例患儿给予西药磷酸奥司他韦颗粒口服治疗,每天1次,治疗7天为1疗程;观察组55例患儿给予由白虎汤加减而成的中药汤剂口服治疗,每天1剂,并给予患儿针对性护理干预。治疗后观察2组患儿治疗前后咳嗽、发热、鼻塞、乏力等流感症状的改善情况及证候积分的变化情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率76.9%,观察组92.7%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组患者经治疗后咳嗽、发热、鼻塞、乏力等流感症状均较治疗前有所改善,证候积分均有所下降,以观察组的改变程度尤为明显,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:以白虎汤为基础方加减而成的中药汤剂功可清热解毒,是解热退烧的有效方剂,联合护理干预流行性感冒惠儿能有效缓解患儿咳嗽、发热、鼻塞、乏力等流感症状,疗效确切 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of influenza in children by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention.
