案例教学法在管理学教学中具有重要的应用价值,在本科管理学教学中实施案例教学法,有助于学生对管理理论知识的掌握和管理实践能力的培养。而由于种种原因,本科管理学案例教学中存在着案例与实际脱轨、学生热情不高、教师的能力与案例教学要求有一定的差距等问题。作者就案例教学过程中遇到的问题、结合自身的教学实践经验,提出了有针对性解决路径,以期对管理学课程教学有所帮助。
The case teaching method has an important application value in the teaching of management. The implementation of case teaching method in undergraduate management teaching helps students to grasp the management theory knowledge and the training of management and practice ability. Due to various reasons, there are some problems in case management of undergraduate course management, such as the derailment of case and practice, the low enthusiasm of students and the difference between teachers’ ability and case teaching. Based on the problems encountered in the process of case teaching and with his own teaching practice, the author proposes a targeted solution to the problem and hopes to help managerial teaching.
