钢筋混凝土主梁与钢次梁之间采用预埋件的方式进行连接,与传统的采用挑耳节点连接或钢次梁直接插入钢筋混凝土主梁的连接方式比较,具有施工方便、性能可靠的特点。为了提高埋件节点的承载能力,设计了一种含工字钢剪切键的埋件,对该种埋件连接节点进行了模型试验研究。试验结果表明,该种节点破坏始于埋件的相对滑移,表现为塑性破坏,满足安全性要求。此外,还验算了节点的抗弯承载力及抗剪承载力,并根据验算结果对现有的抗剪承载力计算公式进行了修正。
Reinforced concrete girder and steel girder used between the embedded parts of the way to connect with the traditional pick or pick up the beam connection directly into the reinforced concrete girder connection, compared with the construction of convenient, reliable performance characteristics . In order to improve the bearing capacity of the embedded nodes, a buried piece with I-beam shear key was designed and the model joints of the embedded pieces were tested. The experimental results show that the damage of this kind of joint begins with the relative slip of the embedded parts, showing the plastic failure and meeting the safety requirements. In addition, the flexural capacity and shear capacity of the joints are also checked. The existing formulas for calculating the shear capacity are revised according to the checking results.
