核医学成像测量的是人体内的放射性浓度分布 ,这些放射性药物用对人体无毒的放射性同位素经过标志并通过静脉注射到人体组织的 ,这些具有放射性的示踪的药物根据它们的生理特性被自动浓集在被测脏器上 ,从而实现对人体组织的功能成像。核医学的优势是对这些放射性示踪剂的定量分析。本文介绍了当今世界上科学家对核医学成像高分辨率成像所作的努力和取得的进展 ,同时也介绍了作者所在单位在该领域内开展的研究工作。
Nuclear medicine imaging measures the distribution of radioactive concentrations in the human body. These radioactive drugs are labeled with radioactive non-toxic radioactive isotopes to the human body and injected intravenously to human tissues. These radioactively labeled drugs are automatically adjusted according to their physiological characteristics Concentrated on the test organ, in order to achieve the functional imaging of human tissues.
