用300μg/g、500μg/g、800μg/g、1000μg/g、1500μg/g、2000μg/g多效唑对高生长期的樟子松进行喷施处理。结果表明,低浓度多效唑对樟子松苗木影响不大,高浓度多效唑对其影响极为显著且不产生药害。1000μg/g以上的多效唑可有效地促进樟子松苗木木质化,并使造林成活率提高30%以上。
High-growth Pinus sylvestris was sprayed with paclobutrazol at 300μg / g, 500μg / g, 800μg / g, 1000μg / g, 1500μg / g and 2000μg / g. The results showed that low concentrations of paclobutrazol had little effect on seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica and the effect of high concentration paclobutrazol was extremely significant and no phytotoxicity occurred. The paclobutrazol above 1000μg / g could effectively promote the lignification of Pinus sylvestris seedlings and increase the afforestation survival rate by more than 30%.
