目的了解宁波地区福氏c亚型志贺菌的生化特征、耐药性和毒性情况。方法从腹泻病人中分离菌株,生化鉴定采用API生化条;血清分型采用玻片凝集法;药敏试验采用纸片法;毒力基因采用PCR技术法。结果 3种福氏c亚型志贺菌45株的生化结果与ATCC标准株一致,血清凝集抗原结构式分别为福氏1c亚型志贺菌[Ⅰ∶7(8)]、福氏2c亚型志贺菌[Ⅱ∶3,4;7(8)]和福氏4c亚型志贺菌[Ⅳ∶7(8)];对多种抗生素耐药,为多耐药性菌株(ESBLs);福氏1c亚型志贺菌携带ipa H、setl A、setl B毒力基因。结论生化结果显示福氏c亚型志贺菌生化特征未发生变异,福氏c亚型志贺菌以4c亚型最多,并检出国内较少见的福氏1c亚型志贺菌。福氏c亚型志贺菌具有多重耐药性,携带多种毒力基因,有较强的致病力,应引起关注。
Objective To understand the biochemical characteristics, drug resistance and toxicity of Shigella flexneri in Ningbo. Methods The strains were isolated from patients with diarrhea, biochemical identification using API biochemical strips; serological typing by slide agglutination method; susceptibility testing using paper method; virulence genes using PCR technology. Results The biochemical results of 45 strains of 3 strains of Shigella flexneri were consistent with those of ATCC standard strains. The structures of serum agglutinated antigen were Shigella flexneri 1c [Ⅰ: 7 (8)], Shigella [Ⅱ: 3,4; 7 (8)] and Shigella flexneri 4c (4: 7 (8)]; resistant to multiple antibiotics; Shigella flexneri 1c subtype Shigella carrying ipa H, setl A, setl B virulence genes. Conclusion Biochemical results showed that there was no variation in the biochemical characteristics of Shigella flexneri in Shigella flexneri. Most of Shigella flexneri was subtype 4c, and Shigella flexneri 1c was found in China. Shigella flexnec Shigella subtype multi-drug resistance, carrying a variety of virulence genes, have a strong virulence, should cause concern.
