介绍了可控浓淡旋流燃烧器浓淡分离的原理及试验结果,利用回流区搅拌均匀反应热理论模型,结合风粉射流浓淡分离特点及颗粒浓度分布实验结果,通过热质交换平衡分析,建立了一个旋流燃烧器浓淡煤粉在回流区着火及气流火焰稳定性综合模型,求解得到燃烧器稳定着火燃烧的特征参数及燃烧器结构、运行参数变化对着火的影响,获得使煤粉稳燃的最小回流区长度及主流煤粉浓度,并结合工业性试验结果,对模型进行了验证。
