目的:探讨中药五倍子对牙周疾病的治疗作用,为牙周疾病的中医治疗提供理论依据。方法:选取2010年12月—2012年12月收治的牙周疾病的患者81例,按照数字随机的方法将患者随机分为两组,观察组41例,采用中药五倍子提取物进行治疗,对照组40例采用常规的西药进行治疗。分别于治疗前后检查患者的牙龈指数及牙齿松动度,并且观察两组患者治疗2周后疗效,以及随访4~8周后患者的复发情况。结果:经积极治疗后,两组患者的牙龈指数及牙齿松动情况均有好转,但观察组显著优于对照组,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组采用五倍子治疗后,显效24例,有效16例,无效1例,总有效率为97.56%,而对照组显效13例,有效17例,无效10例,总有效率为75.00%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。且随访4~8周后观察组复发1例,复发率为2.44%,而对照组复发11例,复发率为27.50%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:五倍子在辅助治疗牙周疾病上有着显著的效果,对牙周各种致病菌均有较好的抑制作用,且安全性高,值得临床推荐使用。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese gallnut on periodontal disease and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods: Totally 81 patients with periodontal disease who were admitted from December 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups randomly. The observation group was treated with Chinese nutgall extracts and the control group 40 cases were treated with conventional western medicine. The gingival index and tooth mobility of the patients were examined before and after treatment. The curative effect of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment and the recurrence of the patients after 4 to 8 weeks of follow-up were observed. Results: After active treatment, gingival index and tooth loosening were improved in both groups, but the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group with gallnut treatment, effective in 24 cases, effective in 16 cases, 1 case of ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.56%, while the control group markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 17 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 75.00% Compared with the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05. The recurrence rate was 2.44% in the observation group after 4 to 8 weeks of follow-up, while the recurrence rate was 27.50% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese nutgall plays a significant role in the adjuvant treatment of periodontal disease. It has a good inhibitory effect on various periodontal pathogens, and is safe and worthy of clinical recommendation.
