发动机罩是汽车车身覆盖件重要组成部分,其结构的刚度和振动模态性能是在设计时需要考虑的。通过对原始发动机罩结构的分析,发现原始结构存在不足,依据拓扑优化和形貌优化理论对其结构进行优化,以位移、模态、体积分数等为约束,以加权应变能最小为目标,得出最佳材料分布及压延筋分布,按其分布进行重新设计。优化结果显示发动机罩性能得到明显改善,同时新结构的质量也有所下降。
The hood is an important part of automobile body cover, and its structural rigidity and vibration mode performance need to be considered in the design. Through the analysis of the original hood structure, we found that the original structure is not enough, and its structure is optimized according to topology optimization and topography optimization theory. The displacement, mode and volume fraction are the constraints, and the weighted strain energy is the minimum. The best material distribution and coffer distribution, according to their distribution to re-design. The optimization results show a significant improvement in hood performance, while the quality of the new structure is also declining.
