我院自1980年至1996年共手术治疗前列腺增生78例,术后共有6例再次排尿障碍入院,现报告如下。1 一般资料 6例病人均在我院行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后患者,手术时年龄58～77岁,平均68.5岁。BPH重量均<20g,其中2例病人术前有慢性前列腺炎病史,2例主要为中叶增生。术后一名患者留置导管4周,其余均留置导管2
78 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated surgically in our hospital from 1980 to 1996. After surgery, a total of 6 cases of recurrent urination were admitted to hospital. The report is as follows. 1 General Information 6 patients were in our hospital after suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy patients, aged 58 to 77 years, mean 68.5 years.
