根据UIC513标准和GB5595—85标准,采用数字信号处理器(DSP)计算列车舒适度和平稳性,设计出便携式列车舒适度和平稳性测试仪。测试仪的基本工作原理是:DSP通过计算列车车体在一段时间内3个方向振动加速度的加权均平方根值的综合值,得到列车车体综合乘坐舒适度指标值;将测得的加速度按频率分组,统计每个频率段中不同加速度的平稳性指标值,然后对各频率段的平稳性指标值进行加权处理,得到列车的横向和垂向平稳性指标值。把测试仪采集到的列车上的原始振动加速度信号传输给计算机进行检验计算。将计算结果与测试仪检测结果进行对比分析可知:测试仪能准确测量列车的舒适度与平稳性。且测试仪还具有稳定性好、携带和使用方便的特点。
According to UIC513 standard and GB5595-85 standard, digital signal processor (DSP) is used to calculate train comfort and stability, and a portable train comfort and stability tester is designed. The basic working principle of the tester is as follows: DSP calculates the comprehensive ride comfort index value of the train body by calculating the integrated square root mean square value of the vibration acceleration of the three directions of the train body in a period of time; Grouping and counting the stability index values of different accelerations in each frequency segment, and then performing weighting on the stability index values of each frequency segment to obtain the horizontal and vertical stability index values of the trains. The tester collected the original vibration acceleration signal train to the computer for calculation. Comparing the calculation results with the test results of the tester shows that the tester can accurately measure the comfort and stability of the train. And the tester also has good stability, easy to carry and use.
