作为一个文学理论课教师,要全面准确深入掌握学科知识,能联系学员实际科学内化教材,科学选择教学方法。除此之外,还应当具备以下几种素质。 一、及时准确接受新信息的能力 教材是根据教学大纲编写的,同时它又是学员学习的主要工具。基于此,教师对教材全面、准确而深刻的把握尤为重要。但是还应该看到,任何一门学科都存在信息出新问题,文学理论新观点、新思潮也不断涌现。准确及时地获取来自不同渠道的新观念、新方法,并能科学地归纳分类,分辨真伪,是教师必须具备的素质。教材是科学系统的,但相对于文学理论发展现实来说,又是滞后的。教师如果仅仅止于把教材上静止的观点方法传送出去,不会主动到书外把新信息“拿来”,那他只是知识的传送带,倒
