对无仪器记录的历史地震,基于灾害信息给出的震级参数往往误差较大;即使有仪器记录以来,对某些较大地震事件,不同地震台网测定的震级值仍相差较大,这需要确定合理的地震震级值.为此,基于孕震断层多锁固段脆性破裂理论,提出了地震震级修订方法,并据此修订了全球地震目录震级参数,本文研究结果可供有关部门修订地震目录时参考.基于修订的参数,本文还讨论了全球是否已进入地震活跃期这一热点问题.
For historical earthquakes without instrument records, the magnitude of the magnitude parameters given based on the disaster information tends to be rather large.
