设计5种不同Ca2+浓度的人工养殖水体,每1种浓度梯度又划分为2个不同的类别:添加藻类的水体和不添加藻类的水体。用EDTA滴定法测定三角帆蚌的肝脏、外套膜、斧足中钙含量。①水体藻类的丰富程度对三角帆蚌外套膜中钙的沉积作用并不大;②外界水体的钙浓度过高时三角帆蚌肝脏吸收钙的水平反而下降;③在不同外界水体钙浓度作用下,钙在外套膜中的沉积量没有差异。
Five artificial culture waters with different concentrations of Ca2 + were designed. Each concentration gradient was divided into two different categories: algae-added water and non-algae-added water. EDTA titration was used to determine the content of calcium in the liver, mantle and ax of Hyriopsis cumingii. (1) the abundance of algae in water does not have a significant effect on the deposition of calcium in the mantle of Hyriopsis cumingii; (2) the calcium absorption in the liver of Hyriopsis cumingii decreased but the calcium concentration in external water bodies was too high; (3) There was no difference in the amount of calcium deposited in the mantle.
