对某电厂中压缸汽封弹簧片断裂试样进行宏观形貌、化学成分、显微组织和断口形貌分析。结果表明,显微组织中存在的较多碳化物、析出物是弹簧片断裂的内在因素,运行时高温氧化和疲劳最终导致了弹簧片脆性断裂。
The macroscopic morphology, chemical composition, microstructure and fracture surface morphology of the rupture specimen of the middle pressure cylinder gland were analyzed. The results show that more carbides and precipitates present in the microstructure are the internal factors of spring breakage. High temperature oxidation and fatigue during operation eventually lead to the brittle fracture of the spring spring.
