目的探讨白头翁皂苷A3通过调控巨噬细胞极化对5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)化疗敏感性的影响及其作用机制。方法利用白细胞介素(IL)-4和IL-13诱导巨噬细胞M2极化,采用CCK-8法检测白头翁皂苷A3对巨噬细胞增殖的影响;采用流式细胞术检测白头翁皂苷A3对巨噬细胞极化表型的影响;采用RT-PCR检测白头翁皂苷A3对巨噬细胞CD206,IL-10,CCL18,CCL22 mRNA表达的影响。收集M2巨噬细胞及白头翁皂苷A3干预M2巨噬细胞后的上清液作为条件培养基(CM
