介绍以廉价硼源-硼砂为供硼源的固体渗硼剂的研究,应用优化设计试验的原理,经方差分析,获得了单相渗硼剂的最优组合。用此渗剂对45钢进行950℃×5h渗硼处理,可获得140~160μm的单相渗硼层。
This paper introduces the research on the solid boronizing agent which is a low-cost boron source-borax for the boron source. Based on the principle of optimal design test, the optimal combination of single-phase boronizing agent is obtained through the analysis of variance. With this penetration agent on 45 steel at 950 ℃ × 5h boronizing treatment, get 140 ~ 160μm single-phase boronizing layer.
