由于红外干涉成像光谱仪结构的特殊性,其非均匀性在线定标与校正是工程上一直没有得到有效解决的技术难题。通过对光谱仪结构的深入分析,对空间调制红外干涉光谱仪研究出了一种有效的非均匀性在线定标与校正方法,并建立了相应的仿真模型,实验结果表明算法是正确的和有效的。研究成果为星载空间调制红外干涉成像光谱仪非均匀性的在轨定标与校正奠定了良好的技术基础。
Due to the particularity of infrared interferometric imaging spectrometer structure, on-line calibration and calibration of inhomogeneity is a technical problem that has not been effectively solved in engineering. Through in-depth analysis of the structure of the spectrometer, an effective method for on-line calibration and correction of inhomogeneities has been developed for the space-modulated infrared interferometer and a corresponding simulation model has been established. The experimental results show that the algorithm is correct and effective. The research results laid a good technical foundation for in-orbit calibration and calibration of in-space modulation infrared inhosphere imaging spectrometer inhomogeneity.
