我院1978～1983年共收治疟疾30例。其中非典型发作13例,选择4例因有特殊临床表现而误诊者予以报道。例1:频发室性早搏,误诊为“病毒性心肌炎”。临床表现为疟疾凶险发作。患者朱某,男性,24岁,江苏常州籍,卫生员。因畏寒、发热伴头痛、倦怠、乏力于1982年6月24日入院。查体:体温39.0℃,心率94次,早搏12次,余无异常。心电图:频发室性早搏形成二联律。化验:白细胞6,050,中
