以Sc2O3、Ce(NO3)3·6H2O和ZrO(NO3)2·xH2O为原料,采用凝胶固相反应法制备氧化钪、氧化铈共掺杂氧化锆(10Sc1CeSZ)粉体。结果表明:800℃煅烧后,10Sc1CeSZ粉体为单一立方萤石结构,比表面积为9.18 m2/g,粉体粒度分布均匀,平均颗粒尺寸为100 nm,适宜用于流延法制备电解质薄膜。10Sc1CeSZ粉体烧结活性好,采用流延法制备的生坯可在1 400~1 450℃烧结致密,烧结后仍为单一立方萤石结构。凝胶固相反应法制备10Sc1CeSZ粉体时具有操作简便、烧结活性好、粒度分布均匀等优点,适合用于规模化生产。
Sc2O3 and ceria co-doped zirconia (10Sc1CeSZ) powders were prepared by gel solid-phase reaction using Sc2O3, Ce (NO3) 3 · 6H2O and ZrO (NO3) 2 · xH2O as raw materials. The results show that 10Sc1CeSZ powder has a single cubic fluorite structure after calcination at 800 ℃. The specific surface area is 9.18 m2 / g. The particle size distribution is uniform and the average particle size is 100 nm. It is suitable for the preparation of electrolyte thin films by casting. 10Sc1CeSZ powder sintering activity is good, the green body prepared by the casting method can be sintered at 1 400 ~ 1 450 ℃ dense sintered single cubic fluorite structure. The preparation of 10Sc1CeSZ powder by gel solid-phase reaction has the advantages of simple operation, good sintering activity, uniform particle size distribution and the like, and is suitable for large-scale production.
