采用专门设计的 TBM浆体技术制备压浆浆体 ,其各项性能显著改善。TBM浆体制备技术包括超长时塑化技术、浆体触变技术、补偿收缩技术等。研究表明 ,该项技术可保证TBM浆体在施工过程中长时间地保持良好的稳定性和可泵性 ,硬化后获得密实的结构、良好的物理力学性能和耐久性能。 TBM浆体技术是全断面施工的国产化配套技术 ,压浆浆体的长时间稳定性超过英吉利海峡隧道 ,达到了国际先进水平。
The use of specially designed slurry technology to prepare grout slurry TBM, its performance significantly improved. TBM slurry preparation techniques include ultra-long plasticization technology, thixotropic slurry technology, shrinkage compensation technology. The research shows that the technology can ensure the TBM slurry to maintain good stability and pumpability for a long time during construction, and obtain a dense structure after curing, good physical and mechanical properties and durability. TBM slurry technology is a full-profile construction of the domestic supporting technology, slurry stability over the long-term stability of the English Channel Tunnel, reached the international advanced level.
