新显色剂偶氮硝膦-mB(NPA-mB)能与稀土元素在较强酸性介质中发生α型络合反应,而在乙酸钠-盐酸介质中仅能与重稀土形成稳定的β型络合物(γ_max=710nm)。该反应发色迅速,灵敏度高(ε_γ~710=7.9×10~4)。比耳定律范围较宽,在0~20μg Y/25ml符合比耳定律,其速择性亦比其它同类反应好。而且,重稀土与钇之间,轻重稀土之间均无共显色现象。
The new chromogenic reagent azo-dinitro-phosphine-mB (NPA-mB) can form α-type complexation reaction with rare earth elements in a more acidic medium, whereas it can only form stable β-form with heavy rare earth in sodium acetate-hydrochloric acid medium Complex (γ_max = 710 nm). The reaction developed rapidly with high sensitivity (εγ-710 = 7.9 × 10-4). The Beer’s Law has a wide range. Beer’s law is obeyed at 0 ~ 20μg Y / 25ml, and its selectivity is better than other similar reactions. Moreover, heavy rare earth and yttrium, between the light and heavy rare earth are not co-color phenomenon.
