The Jewish world’s claim of war against Germany is both an important part of Germany’s post-war handling and has its own uniqueness. Because Israel was founded as late as 1948, Israeli and Jewish organizations in the world do not have the legal basis for war reparations in international law. However, the Holocaust conferred upon the Jewish world a moral right to war compensation. This article examines the claim of war by the Jewish world against Germany and reveals the relationship between Jewish world war claims on Germany and politics between big nations.
