目的 探讨CyclinD1在卵巢上皮性肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及临床意义。方法 采用Sp免疫组化方法对10例正常卵巢组织、10例良性卵巢瘤、41例卵巢上皮性癌进行CyclinD1蛋白表达的检测。结果 CyclinD1在正常卵巢组织及良性卵巢瘤中均无表达。41例卵巢上皮性癌组织中,CyclinD1阳性表达13例,CyclinD1在卵巢上皮性癌的表达与良性卵巢及正常卵巢组织有显著差异(P<0.05)。CyclinD1在卵巢癌早、晚期表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。CyclinD1表达随病理分级增加而增加,高分化组和中、低分化组CyclinD1表达有显著差异(P<0.05)。CyclinD1的阳性表达与预后无关。结论 CyclinD1在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展中起作用,CyclinD1是一常见的分子异常并且可以用来判断肿瘤的恶性程度。
Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of CyclinD1 in the development and progression of ovarian epithelial neoplasms. Methods The expression of CyclinD1 protein in 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue, 10 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 41 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma was detected by Sp immunohistochemistry. Results CyclinD1 was not expressed in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian tumors. Among the 41 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, the expression of CyclinD1 was positive in 13 cases. The expression of CyclinD1 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly different from that in benign ovary and normal ovary (P <0.05). The expression of CyclinD1 in early and late stage of ovarian cancer showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The expression of CyclinD1 increased with the increase of pathological grade, while the expression of CyclinD1 in well differentiated group and moderately differentiated group was significantly different (P <0.05). The positive expression of CyclinD1 has nothing to do with the prognosis. Conclusion CyclinD1 plays a role in the development and progression of ovarian epithelial tumors. CyclinD1 is a common molecular abnormality and can be used to determine the malignancy of tumors.
