抚顺石油化工公司是中国炼油的发祥地之一,是中国最早诞生的石油炼化企业。由于历史的原因,公司直属企业遍布抚顺市4个行政区,由于企业分散,各企业结合实际分别办起了幼儿园、小学、初中、高中、技工学校、职工大学、党校、教培中心,应有尽有,无所不包。在计划经济条件下曾为企业作出过重要贡献。但办学分散带来的小而全的办学模式在市场经济条件下日益暴露出与企业发展不相适应和无竞争力的弱点。生存难保,发展步履维艰,改革势在必行。 三年来,抚顺石油化工公司沐浴着改革的春风,伴随着与时俱进的步伐,打破旧有的办学格局,经过不断探索,目前已构筑起一个现代企业教育制度的基本框架。
