企业管理中的公平问题,影响着企业的长远发展。笔者在本篇文章中,重点从人力资源管理、酬薪管理两个方面,分析了我国电信企业管理中的公平问题,并且提出解决对策。
The problem of fairness in business management affects the long-term development of enterprises. In this article, the author focuses on the issue of fairness in the management of China’s telecom enterprises from two aspects of human resource management and reward management, and puts forward solutions.
