目的对职业学校实施艾滋病健康教育工作效果进行评价,为进一步做好艾滋病健康教育工作提供参考。方法通过举办艾滋病防治知识讲座、健康咨询、办专栏、宣传展版、张贴宣传画、发放宣传折页、播放多媒体专题健康教育片等形式对该校1 650名学生开展了艾滋病防治知识健康教育活动。实施前随机抽取422名学生进行艾滋病知识问卷调查,并于实施3个月后再次对所抽取学生进行艾滋病知识问卷调查。根据两次调查问卷结果对职业学校学生干预前后艾滋病相关知识的认识和观念态度进行比较。结果通过实施前后比较,19项内容中,除“目前没有治愈艾滋病的药物”(P=0.25)、“艾滋病病毒携带者不一定是艾滋病人”(P<0.05)外,其余17项内容均(P<0.01)有统计学意义,艾滋病知晓率显著提高。结论通过有效的健康教育活动能有效提高该校学员艾滋病知识水平。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of HIV / AIDS health education in vocational schools and provide reference for further AIDS health education. Methods A total of 1 650 students in AIDS prevention and control activities were educated in health education activities by holding information lectures on AIDS prevention and treatment, health counseling, special columns, propaganda and exhibition boards, posters, promotional leaflets and multimedia special health education videos . Before implementation, 422 students were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire on HIV / AIDS and three months later, HIV / AIDS knowledge survey was conducted again. According to the results of two questionnaires, we compared the knowledge and attitudes of AIDS-related knowledge before and after the intervention in vocational schools. The results were compared before and after the implementation of 19 items, except that “there is no cure for AIDS at present” (P = 0.25), “HIV-infected persons are not necessarily AIDS patients” (P <0.05), and the remaining 17 The content (P <0.01) were statistically significant, AIDS awareness was significantly increased. Conclusion Through effective health education activities, it is possible to effectively improve AIDS knowledge among students in this school.
