研究了具有锥齿轮啮合及机匣系统的某微型发动机的振动特性。采用弯扭耦合传递矩阵法计算临界转速、不平衡响应和初始弯曲响应,计及转动惯量、陀螺力矩、剪切变形、粘性阻尼和轴向力的影响。为了提高机匣振动固有频率的计算精度,还采用轴质量均布的传递矩阵法计算转子-机匣系统的临界转速与不平衡响应。临界转速及不平衡响应计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The vibration characteristics of a miniature engine with bevel gear meshing and casing system are studied. The critical rotational speed, unbalanced response and initial bending response are calculated by using the torsional-torsional coupled transfer matrix method, and the effects of moment of inertia, gyroscopic moment, shear deformation, viscous damping and axial force are taken into account. In order to improve the calculation accuracy of natural vibration frequency of the casing, the critical rotation speed and unbalance response of the rotor-casing system are also calculated by transfer matrix method with uniform shaft mass. The calculation results of critical speed and unbalanced response agree well with the experimental results.
