本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备含银抗菌液,用液体稀释法测定其对白色念珠菌(C.a)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.a)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),将抗菌液涂层到软衬材料表面后观察膜层厚度及表面形貌;用贴膜法测定其抑菌率。结果含银抗菌液能在义齿软衬材料表面成膜,不影响义齿的适合性。0.64 mg/ml浓度的抗菌液24 h涂层的抑菌率,C.a为90.82%,S.a为94.96%,能达到较好的抑菌效果。本文制备了含银抗菌液,选择合适的浓度在义齿软衬材料表面形成抗菌涂层,含银抗菌液能赋予义齿软衬材料表面良好的抗菌性,且不影响原软衬的适合性,具有一定临床应用价值。
In this paper, a silver-containing antibacterial solution was prepared by sol-gel method. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against Candida albicans (Ca) and Staphylococcus aureus (Sa) was determined by liquid dilution method. After the surface of the material was observed film thickness and surface morphology; with the film method to determine the antibacterial rate. Results The antibacterial liquid containing silver could form a film on the surface of denture soft lining material without affecting the denture’s suitability. The antibacterial rate of 24 h coating with antibacterial solution of 0.64 mg / ml concentration was 90.82% for C.a and 94.96% for S.a, which could achieve better antibacterial effect. In this paper, a silver-containing antimicrobial solution was prepared. Antimicrobial coating was formed on the surface of the denture soft lining material at a suitable concentration. Antibacterial liquid containing silver could provide good antimicrobial resistance on the surface of the denture soft lining material without affecting the suitability of the original soft lining.
