[目的]制备10%甲霜灵悬浮种衣剂(FSC),确定最优配方,用于大豆种子包衣防治大豆疫霉根腐病。[方法]通过湿法研磨的加工工艺对10%甲霜灵悬浮种衣剂配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。通过室内生测和田间试验考察该产品的药效和安全性。[结果]较优配方为甲霜灵10.0%,乙二醇5.0%,有机膨润土1.0%,Span-80 2.0%,Tween-80 2.0%,NNO 4.0%,黄原胶0.3%,SYFMA001 8.0%,RED571 2.0%,苯甲酸钠0.5%,水补足至100.0%。[结论]该制剂各项指标符合悬浮种衣剂的相关标准。室内生测及田间试验结果表明,其对大豆疫霉根腐病具有良好的防效,对大豆种子安全,该产品具有良好的市场应用前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to prepare 10% metalaxyl suspension coating agent (FSC) and determine the optimal formulation for soybean seed coating prevention and control of Phytophthora sojae. [Method] The components of 10% metalaxyl suspension seed coating were screened and optimized by the wet grinding process. The efficacy and safety of this product were investigated through indoor test and field test. [Result] The optimal formulations were metalaxyl 10.0%, ethylene glycol 5.0%, organic bentonite 1.0%, Span-80 2.0%, Tween-80 2.0%, NNO 4.0%, xanthan gum 0.3%, SYFMA001 8.0% 2.0% of RED571, 0.5% of sodium benzoate and 100.0% of water. [Conclusion] The indicators of the preparation comply with the relevant standards of suspended seed coating. The results of indoor bioassay and field test showed that it has good control effect on Phytophthora sojae, and has good market application prospects for soybean seed safety.
