一、前言目前,航空工业不断发展,为了进一步提高飞机用发动机的性能,其转速和温度也要大大的提高。因此,发动机轴承的密封装置要求在更高的条件下工作,特别是高压压气机的密封装置,根据计算,由于非接触式密封装置(如篦齿密封装置,浮动环密封装置等)的漏气,能使压气机效率降低1%,所以说,改进密封装置是提高发动机性能的一种手段。图1—3表示涡轮轴承密封装置的周速,负荷和环境温度过去的实际值和未来的要求值。由于要求密封装置能在接近临界条件下使用,并长期保持良好的可靠性,故欧美各国对各种密封装置正在进行研制,并已发表了许多研究报告。
