我们8年来连续施行食管癌切除452例，未发生严重并发症及手术死亡，现分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况本组男285例，女167例，年龄32～75岁，平均56．3岁。颈段癌18例，胸卜段24例，中段236例，下段77例。颈段病变长1．5～2．5cm，胸段0．5～11．0cm。临床病理分期：原位癌9例 We have performed 452 consecutive esophageal cancer resections for 8 years without severe complications and surgical deaths. The analysis is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The general situation of this group of 285 males and 167 females, aged 32 to 75 years, mean 56.3 years. There were 18 cases of cervical cancer, 24 cases of thoracic abscess, 236 cases of middle segment, and 77 cases of lower segment.
