现有的经院式教学模式有助于法学知识系统化地传递,但是其固有的弊端是过于关注抽象知识体系的传授而不利于调动学生的主动性和实践能力的提高,且评价标准过于单一。抗辩式教学则侧重于向学生传授如何运用法律知识的实践技能,能够提高学生理解和运用知识的能力。作为经院式教学模式的有益补充,抗辩式教学可以通过开设专门的抗辩课程或在传统课堂教学中引入抗辩方法来展开。
The existing scholastic modes of teaching help to systematize the legal knowledge, but its inherent drawbacks are too much attention to the teaching of abstract knowledge system, which is not conducive to mobilizing students’ initiative and practical ability to improve, and the evaluation criteria are too simple. Defensive teaching, on the other hand, focuses on teaching students practical skills on how to apply legal knowledge and enhances students’ ability to understand and apply knowledge. As a useful supplement to the scholastic mode of teaching, defensive teaching can be developed through the creation of specialized defensive courses or the introduction of defensive methods into traditional classroom teaching.
