目的:研究皱瘤海鞘乙醇提取物的体外抗乙肝病毒作用,并推测其作用机理。方法:用血清进行抗HBsAg、HBeAg、Anti-HBs和Anti-HBe的试验研究。结果:当海鞘醇提物的浓度>0.05mg/ml时,对HBeAg有良好的抑制作用,其抑制程度的大小与浓度有关。通过海鞘醇提物对Anti-HBs、Anti-HBe的作用结果推测,海鞘中用于抗乙型肝炎病毒的成分大致可以分为两类:一类具有类似抗体样的结果,可以通过与抗原结合形成无感染力的复合物来清除病毒;另一类则在对抗原具有明显抵制作用的同时对抗体亦有一定的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) effect of ethanol extracts of P. crassifolia in vitro and speculate its mechanism of action. Methods: Serum anti-HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti-HBs and Anti-HBe were tested with serum. Results: When the concentration of acirrhous alcohol extract was more than 0.05mg/ml, it had a good inhibitory effect on HBeAg, and the degree of inhibition was related to the concentration. The results of the anti-HBs and anti-HBe effects of the ascidian alcohol extract suggest that the components of the sea squirt used for the anti-hepatitis B virus can be roughly divided into two categories: one type has similar antibody-like results and can be combined with antigens. A non-infectious complex is formed to remove the virus; the other class has a significant resistance to the antigen while also inhibiting the antibody.
