依据全计算法设计C60混凝土,研究煤矸石作掺合料在不同掺量下对新拌混凝土含气量、凝结时间、坍落度及坍落度保持能力和抗压强度的影响规律,并分析了作用机理;而且还将煤矸石分别与矿粉、粉煤灰进行二元复配,研究不同配比复合掺量下对新拌混凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响。研究表明:活化煤矸石作掺合料在适宜掺量下可以配制出高强混凝土,并具有一定的早强性能;二元复配中,煤矸石更适合与粉煤灰复合使用,是一种具有早强性的优质高活性掺合料。
Based on the full calculation method, C60 concrete was designed to study the effect of coal gangue as admixture on gas content, setting time, slump, slump retention and compressive strength of fresh concrete at different dosage. But also the coal gangue was respectively mixed with the ore powder and fly ash to study the influence of the different mixing ratio on the workability and mechanical properties of the fresh concrete. The results show that activated coal gangue can be used as admixture to prepare high strength concrete under suitable dosage and have certain early strength properties. In binary compounding, coal gangue is more suitable for use with fly ash, Early strong high-quality high-activity admixture.
