在铸造生产中,有些铸造缺陷常常出现在结构比较复杂、应力比较大的部位。这些缺陷如果用一般的补焊工艺(包括局部加热和加热减应区法),在补焊过程中或焊后的冷却过程中,因应力过大而出现裂纹。为补焊这些铸件,在生产中摸索出一些特殊的操作工艺。现将这些经验介绍如下,供参考。焊后采用挖补法防止裂纹这种方法是在缺陷补焊好以后,立即在其附近的部位,也即在冷却过程中牵制补焊区自由收缩的部位,开一坡口并立即焊好,使补焊处在冷却过程中能比较自由的收缩,减小应力,避免出现裂纹。例1:我厂生产的CW61100车床床鞍(图
