目的:研究足月小样儿在生后3天的行为神经发育情况。方法:采用新生儿20项行为神经测定法对150例足月小样儿和150例正常足月新生儿进行行为神经评分。结果:足月小样儿的行为神经较正常足月新生儿明显降低,两组分值有统计学差异(P<0.01);足月小样儿的行为能力评分和被动肌张力评分均较正常足月新生儿明显降低,两组评分有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:加大围产期保健的宣教工作,降低足月小样儿的出生,从而提高出生人口的素质。
Objective: To study the behavioral neurodevelopment of full-term children 3 days after birth. Methods: Behavioral neurobehavioral scores of 150 full-term babies and 150 normal full-term newborns were assessed using 20 behavioral neurobiology tests in neonates. Results: The behavioral neurons in term full-term children were significantly lower than those in normal full-term newborns, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The full-term children’s behavior scores and passive muscle tension scores were significantly higher than those in normal term Newborns were significantly lower, the two groups had statistically significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion: To increase the missionary work of perinatal health care and reduce the birth of full-term baby samples so as to improve the quality of the birth population.
