本文应用随机振动理论和系统理论对铁路客车的垂向振动性能进行研究,并结合《铁道车辆动力学性能评定和试验鉴定规范》对客车垂向振动性能指标W和j_(max),提出具体的计算方法。最后对本厂设计制造的装206型转向架客车(SFK51)的垂向振动性能进行计算,并与试验结果作了比较,得到了较为满意的结果。本方法可用于客车悬挂参数的优化设计及新产品的振动分析。
In this paper, the vertical vibration performance of railway passenger cars is studied by using the theory of stochastic vibration and system theory, and the vertical vibration performance indexes W and j_ (max) of passenger cars are combined with the “Code for Evaluation and Test Appraisal of Dynamic Performance of Railway Vehicles” Calculation method. At last, the vertical vibration performance of the 206 DWF bus designed and manufactured by our factory is calculated and compared with the test results, and the satisfactory results are obtained. The method can be used for optimization design of suspension parameters of passenger cars and vibration analysis of new products.
