目的:优化矮地茶多糖提取工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法建立矮地茶中糖含量测定方法,同时以糖含量为指标,采用响应面法对矮地茶多糖提取温度、提取时间、料液比3个影响因素进行工艺优化。结果:建立了矮地茶多糖提取模型,回归模型显著;提取优化条件为:提取温度90℃,提取时间1.8 h,料液比1∶32。结论:该提取工艺合理,矮地茶多糖的提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Dwarf tea. Methods: The method of phenol-sulfuric acid was established to determine the content of sugar in dwarf tea. At the same time, the sugar content was used as index to optimize the process of extraction, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid. Results: The extraction model of short tea was established and the regression model was significant. The optimal extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 90 ℃, extraction time of 1.8 h and solid-liquid ratio of 1:32. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable, the extraction rate of short tea polysaccharide is high.
