母公司知识向海外子公司的成功转移是企业实行国际化经营的先决条件,然而,知识的跨国转移却是相当复杂和困难的。本文以在华韩资企业为对象,考察了跨国公司母公司向海外子公司知识转移的影响因素。研究结果表明,母子公司间的沟通频率和相互信任、海外子公司的吸收能力以及赋予海外子公司适当的经营自主权时,有效促进母公司向海外子公司的知识转移。
The successful transfer of parent company knowledge to overseas subsidiaries is a prerequisite for the international operation of enterprises. However, the transnational transfer of knowledge is quite complicated and difficult. This article takes the Korean-funded enterprises in China as an example and examines the influencing factors of the knowledge transfer of the parent company of multinational corporations to overseas subsidiaries. The results show that the transfer of knowledge between the parent company and its overseas subsidiaries is effectively promoted when the communication frequency and mutual trust between mother and subsidiary companies, the absorptive capacity of overseas subsidiaries and the appropriate operating autonomy given to overseas subsidiaries.
