用薄层扫描法同时测定血清中胺碘酮(A)及去乙基胺碘酮(DA),并用于临床作常规血浓监测。在血清浓度0.1~4.0mg/L范围内线性方程为:Y_A=1.141X_A+0.105(r=0.9998);Y_(DA)=0.887X_(DA)-0.074(r=0.9989),变异系数:日内A为2.75%,DA为 1.07%(n=6);日间A为6.93%,DA为6.96%(n=30)。12例(男10例,女2例)服用负荷量(0.1~0.6g/d)两周,晨起空腹时血清浓度 A为1.06±0.25(x±s),DA为0.86±0.34(x±s);27例(男23例,女4例)服用维持量(0.1~0.2g/d)60d以上晨起空腹时血清浓度八为0.44±0.15,DA为0.41±0.15。
Simultaneous determination of amiodarone (A) and deethionate (DA) in serum by thin-layer scanning and routine clinical blood concentration monitoring. The linear equation was: Y_A = 1.141X_A + 0.105 (r = 0.9998); Y_ (DA) = 0.887X_ (DA) -0.074 (r = 0.9989) in the range of 0.1 ~ 4.0mg / Was 2.75%, DA was 1.07% (n = 6); daytime A was 6.93% and DA was 6.96% (n = 30). Twelve patients (10 males and 2 females) took two weeks of loading (0.1-0.6 g / d).
