试验分析了凝固末端电磁搅拌(F-EMS)在不同工艺参数条件下对180mm×220mm轴承钢连铸坯中心等轴晶比率,碳、磷及硫偏析,以及对连铸坯中心疏松及残余缩孔的影响,试验结果表明,当凝固末端电磁搅拌参数设置在(12Hz/350A)时,连铸坯中心等轴晶比率的平均值由未经末端电磁搅拌的42%提高至69%;当凝固末端电磁搅拌参数设置为10Hz/300A时,连铸坯的中心疏松、缩孔及中心偏析级别分别由未使用末端电磁搅拌的3.0级、1.5级和1.5级降至1.0级、0级和0级,碳、硫、磷质量分数极值分别由未使用末端电磁搅拌0.042%、0.003%、0.002%降至0.016%、0.001%、0.001%。
Experimental analysis of the axial equiaxed grain size, carbon, phosphorus and sulfur segregation in the center of 180mm × 220mm billet of continuous casting billet with different process parameters under different process parameters was carried out. The results show that the average equiaxed ratio of the center of continuous casting slab increases from 42% without end electromagnetic stirring to 69% when the parameters of electromagnetic stirring at the end of solidification are set at (12Hz / 350A) When the end electromagnetic stirring parameters were set to 10Hz / 300A, the center of slab was loosened, the shrinkage cavity and central segregation level were reduced from 3.0, 1.5 and 1.5 without end electromagnetic stirring to 1.0, 0 and 0 respectively The carbon, sulfur and phosphorus contents were decreased from 0.042%, 0.003% and 0.002% to 0.016%, 0.001% and 0.001%, respectively.
